My philosophy
Each family or dispute is unique. One-size-fits-all approaches are not the way to manage your family's needs. Parents have different work schedules and their lives can be very different from the next person.  Your divorce and parenting plans should fit your needs and not what a court will impose.  At Life's Doors Mediation, you are in control.

My experience
I have been through my own prolonged court battle and have a wealth of knowledge to share with you.  My practice focuses on high conflict people.  I have been where you are and I understand what is beneath the surface.  I have trained in Family and Civil Mediation, Parenting Consultant and Parenting Time Expediter services, and also provide a high conflict diversion program so that parents can disengage from on-going conflict.  This 12 week program works, even if only one parent attends. I also offer to individuals Life Coaching to help with any area of life in which you struggle or cannot manage well.  I have an expertise working with high conflict co-parenting situations that you will not find elsewhere.
